Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education Reports

The  (BPPE) exists to promote and protect the interests of students and consumers:

1. through the effective and efficient oversight of California鈥檚 private postsecondary educational institutions,
2. through the promotion of competition that rewards educational quality and employment outcomes,
3. through proactively combating unlicensed activity, and
4. by resolving student complaints in a manner that benefits both the complaining student and future students.

Accreditation Notice

Accreditation assures students that a school meets recognized standards of educational quality established by an impartial, nongovernmental agency. 91成人 is committed to maintaining the highest standards in beauty education and transparency with our students, staff, and community.

Accreditation Update

The National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts & Sciences (鈥淣ACCAS鈥�) notified the School on August 11, 2025, that it acted to withdraw the School鈥檚 accreditation due to placement verification issues related to the School鈥檚 2021 Annual Report. The School is appealing the NACCAS decision. In the meantime, the School remains accredited while the appeal process is underway. The School will make announcements in the event of any changes.
